Absolutely not! We will never give away any of your personal information to anyone. Not even the king of England. Well, maybe him.
What is your Refund Policy?
At this time, we do not allow refunds for design services rendered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
If I lease a dedicated server, do I get root access?
At this time, in an effort to ensure the security of all clients' data and our provider's network, we do not provide login access to clients for dedicated servers. This policy is in place to ensure that prices are kept low for all our clients, both new and existing, and to maintain the security of our network infrastructure.
Do you store information about me after I make a payment for my web presence?
Yes, to maintain compliance to strict regulation regarding the acceptance of Credit and Debit Cards, we are required to keep some of your information on file. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • The last 4 digits of your credit/debit card
  • Credit/Debit card expiration date
  • Your Shipping/Billing addresses
  • Your E-mail address
  • Your Phone Number

How does the web presence creation process work?
Good question! We prefer to meet with each and every client (or at least spend some time on the phone with them) to ascertain and tabulate a thorough and specific list of their needs. Once that is complete, we will provide you with a quote for your project, taking your budget and your needs into consideration. If you accept our quote, as most do (when they see how inexpensive it is), we require a down payment of just 50% of the total quoted price for the creation of your web presence. Upon completion of your web presence, we require the remaining 50% in order to deliver the files to you.
